Summary: Imagine John Lennon's childhood. Liverpool 1955: a smart and troubled fifteen year-old is hungry for experience. Nowhere Boy - Posters
Nowhere Boy Film premiered in the UK on December 26, 2009. Its US release will be on October 8, 2010 to coincide with that weekend's celebrations of the 70th anniversary of Lennon's birth.
HanWay Films represented worldwide sales. Distributor Icon Entertainment International took the rights for the United Kingdom and Australia. Mars Distribution acquired the rights for France. The Weinstein Company will distribute the film in the US, Germany, and Latin America.
